We called Indy Mac and they are still telling us that they are not modifying any mortgage if it is current. Basically it feels to me like they want us to default on our mortgage to modify.
Indy Mac is really playing games now. I am so frustrated with them. I have no idea what to do now. They did ask us to submit hardship letter and pay stubs which we will this week. They are not working with Obama admin latest help for homeowners who are paying but still struggling. Is there anywhere we can call or email for Indy Mac to look into our concern. Thank you
