I am understanding also, that there is not to be a "pre payment penalty" under the Obama plan, so when the paperwork arrives, I would read the fine print. I can see them pulling a fast one there too. Should any of us decide to pay off these loans early with a sale, I bet THAT will cost us too, even though it is not supposed to.......be careful everyone.
