She was also my negotiator, however I never got her number nor was I able to talk to her. I called every week and they said your loan mod is in review, until last week and then they said that the review had pasted the negotiator but that nothing was noted. Told me to call back in a couple of days. So then a week later I get a call form some guy named Joe, he went over my finanicials over the phone and then told me here is what I can do he said he could change my rate from ARM to 6.5% fixed said I would need to send in three payments at the new rate for 3 months then I would need to pay one time fee of $6,000 in the 4th month and then they would make my mod final.
