Thank you for all your advice. Oddly enough I believe that was the number we called last week and we got an Indian speaking woman. My husband was so po'ed that he couldn't even ask for a supervisor b/c he couldn't maintain his composure long enough. He told the woman repeatedly well then I am going to lose my house and her response was we can not help you call us back if your financial situation changes. Arrrrggggghh |
