I do not know anything about them, but I do believe that they are a Countrywide offshoot or affiliate. The reason the name rung a bell is because the appraiser that did the BPO on my home was with Landsafe. The appraiser is probably with another Landsafe offshoot, maybe Landsafe Appraisal Services - LandSafe : Services : Appraisal

Whoever they are they are all in the Countrywide cluster it seems.
