Well...just wanted to bring you up to date on my latest news.
As you know
I also received a notice to accelrate last week. I called NACA about it. The NTA gave me until 4-9 to come up with the $11,000 I owe or it move forward. Of course I don't the money so I called
CW and asked for a option to pay it.
The only thing the lady told me was half now and then they could spread the rest over 6 months.
Well..thats no good because since I'm just starting back to work I don't have any money and when I get my first check it is already spent.
I have a second consultation with NACA tomorrow night and hope they will get the loan mod filed through
CW into the BONY. I'd really like to keep my mortgage from going forward on the forclosurer, but I don't have the money to give
CW right now. So...I am praying that NACA can move this off dead center quickly. If
CW had not dragged their feet I would be ok now. But..they are slow. Maybe NACA will be faster.
