Good Morning Chicken,
After you log into your
CW account, you will see a green tab at the left side of the screen that says, "
my accounts". Click on "
message center" (which is underneath it with a bullet point in front of it). After doing so, you will now notice a grey tab at the left side of the screen. Click on "
Financial Hardship Assistance". It will list options below it. Click on, "
workout information". You then should see a summary of your workout status.
