Thanks for posting. I still have a little hope that things will work out with F&A working on our loan mod. I would have a lot of hope if one simple thing was done. Follow up / Status updates! My mind would be at ease if maybe once per week, I was contacted by my legal assistant (whomever that might be at this point) to simply update me on the status of our mod. Even if it's just to say we submitted an offer to the mortgage company, I would be happy with that. Some proof of what my $3,000 is getting me would be great!
