Don't freak out. That doesn't do YOU any good. Do you have your new negotiator's e-mail? If so, ask them to call you so you can update them on all your financials and goals. I find my negotiator(s) (we had so many!) prefer to talk after 6:00 as the banks are closed by then. Ask them when is a good time to talk and then schedule that time.

I think it's better to be nice to these people rather than yell and scream and get on their bad side - at least for us - we'd already paid them. I didn't think there was any going back.
