Have you tried going through the HUD approved counseling agency NACA to help you with dealing with CW..............if this is the only property that you own........you may want to give them a try instead. Their services for the Home Save modification are free and they will put together a low fixed rate modification proposal if you qualify...........to present to the investor on your loan through CW................we have had numerous NACA successes just in the last week............here is the link...........
