LHarveyMadman, your story was very similar to ours, and it gave me hope to try. Yes, I live in the Hillsdale area of San Mateo.

nathanb, it's not the new Obama thing, they specifically said they didn't have the guidelines yet. This is the loan mod program they have been doing for awhile. I don't think we are down to 31% yet.
