That is frustrating but not surprising to hear. I had wondered if I should go ahead and send the paperwork certified as well but I didn't want to create any confusion with them receiving two copies. I know the fax was received but it seems like everyone has a story about lost paperwork so I guess I'll go ahead and send it certified as well. Thank you. |
