Hi Dan:

Thanks for your immediate response. The website and the phone number you have provided, is where I started my journey on this loan modification. I used the same number when I first called Chase to see if I am eligible for loan modification program and they said I was pre-qualified.

I read in one of the threads here that Chase has opened a Home Ownership centers and we can meet with the loan professional face-to-face. Do you think, it is a good option to meet with them face-to-face?

Please advise.
