You should receive your documents restructuring your mortgage within the next two weeks. The restructure is based on the above interest rate and your affordable mortgage payment consisting of the Principal, Interest, Tax Escrow, Property Insurance Escrow, Private Mortgage Insurance and Homeowners Association dues. Please review the details of the mortgage restructure documents.
