CW is to put any payments you make into "suspense" during the mod process until the whole thing is done and completely processed, so if they aren't posting your payments that's the reason for the credit hits, not sure how to get around thier way of doing it so it doesn't affect your credit. If you log into your online account and look under transaction history you should see the payments and all the way to right last column would show a balance with ( ) around it.
