CW did tell me that I "might" be eligible for a mod through
CW not a govt. program. However although the person gave me sketchy details, it sounded like a slight interest reduction and add the past due payments/late charges to the loan. She said the payment might actually be higher. With offers like that, no wonder why the statistics show that after mods. are done they still default.
CW is a joke.
