Just keep calling. They told me to call back in 30 to 45 days to see if my analyst was assigned, but I called back a week later and they assigned my analyst 2 days after my call. The 2 week delay they give you is normally like someone telling the check is in the mail and will be there in 7 to 10 business days.....sometimes it takes 2 days....sometimes it takes 10.

Just a note, when I called my analyst and left a message, I made sure to say...I am 6 months behind. He called me back within 4 hours.
