I spoke w/an attorney and paid him for his time. He suggested walking mostly for the safety aspect, being that neighborhood is filling up w/thugs. He has called me twice to give free advice and to keep me posted on new happenings relevant to our situation. He suggested coming to see him again if they come after me for a DJ and we might have a case...long story...inflated docs, false appraisal,
