I originally submitted on a phone in to NACA on or around 1/28/09, then my NACA docs were re-submitted on an "urgent" sale date, submitted on 2/13/2009, due to us receiving sherriff's sale papers for 3/17/2009, it was also during that time, our
CW account said"active processing" all collections activities have been postponed............whatever......
CW is so screwed up. Bottom line here, NACA sent my docs to
CW on 3/13/2009 after I informed them of the sale date even though I had submitted all of my online and phone counseling at the end of Jan, I realize we are not the only one's that they are dealing with, but due to the sale NACA rose to the occasion and stepped up to the plate and somehow got
CW to stop the sale date, I think it was around the first week of March that happened, at this point I think I was in shock. Back to your original question, my
CW account was showing doc's received on 3/11/2009, I hadn't sent them any that they admitted receiving, so I am assuming those are my NACA generated doc's. With a few dozen phone calls to the
CW actors I discovered that my assumptions were correct, those doc's were the one's that I had originally sent to NACA at the end of Jan. Now,
CW will not even deal with me at the advocacy dept level, which in my mind is a good thing , they said I am strictly to go through my NACA contact, for I am under contract with them now to handle my dilemna!! GREAT!!!! Going with NACA will also take time, and I realize that, but at least I no longer feel I'm taking a knife to a gunfight with NACA on my team, I hope this response didn't muddy the waters to much..
