azdmsmith - Hang in there! I originally requested a modification in November and submitted my documentation in December. Nothing actually happened until I called the executive resolution team. Coinsidence?? I'm not sure. I finally got a live analyst on the phone last week, and today - voila - an offer!!!

I think they have their systems in place now for the new Obama plan. I was told last week that all mods had to be screened for that plan and all others prior to an offer..
