Faith,
Who negotiated the deficiency judgement? Did you put it in with the short sale package to countrywide? I still have not signed a listing agreement and was wondering if that should be in there somewhere. When you put your house on the market did people come to look at the house all hours? Where did you go or did you stay at the house while they came? Did you get the (no) deficiency letter at settlement?
