Faith, the mighty FICO will come back. Getting the short sale completed without the deficiency judgment is a VICTORY! I am so very happy for you! Take time to regroup and do not let the noisy neighbors bother you. It is still a great thing that you have accomplished. You were not born with FICO and it will come back in time. One step at a time.
