cobra, they played that game with me as well. i faxed in docs 3 times and they said they never got it or call back after 48 hours (yet i only have 3 days) and then by the time they got it, they denied my mod because i was late. called back and another rep said he reopened my file. had a suspicion, called back and someone told me mod was cancelled. called back again, another rep said based on the financial, i was denied so i gave her "updated" financials so it's on cue waiting for approval again..basically, they are all over the board at
cw and you just have to keep on calling (try to stay calm and sane though)..good luck
