Hi Jet-a

I sent my documents out on March2nd, and as of today they told me it would be sometime in April before my loan modification request would be reviewed by them.

CW in Calf. has said no to me 3 times, maybe this is the last outpost!

......I need them to go 30 instead of 15 and drop my rate just by 1% and it would save me $300 per mo.I need a "helping hand" but.. having to wait till sometime in April? I'm 61 years old and I need help but so do we all.
