I keep faxing the requested documents to CW as requested.
They never seem to be able to find them. Been sending them to 800-658-0395 (HOPE Team) and also to 800-658-9346.

They keep canceling by mod because they say I did not fax the docs. I even have fax transmission reports, so I know they got them!

Anyone have any other ideas?
