NACA phone meeting:
OK, so I had my meeting today. They called me about 30 minutes late, but close enough to the scheduled time. The man I spoke to was very nice. Unfortunately the next meeting will be one of 60 staff, so I have a 1 in 60 chance of speaking to him again.

RE: If you have your property taxes impounded.....
On the NACA website they state you do not need to submit the property tax and insurance information if impounded in your loan. NOT TRUE or NOW CHANGED. They are requesting from me both the tax (bill) and the insurance declaration. (I sure hope I filed them away like a good girl!)
I submitted all my information on 3/06/09. The appointment today would have gone farther if they would have received what I had submitted.
They have no record of my submission, so if you submit, call the main number to NACA and verify they received it and that it is in your file.
I sent mine via the email address provided for my naca ID. I was having problems with the fax jamming.
So, I need to get my Tax and Insurance docs to add to my packet and the Membership Authorization form. (Has to be physically signed by everyone on the deed and sent in.) Electronic version is not sufficient.
My next over the phone appointment is at 5am on March 17th (St. Patrick's Day!)
