If I were you I would not even concern yourself with calling
CW anymore. Just let NACA help you from this point. You are just fraying your nerves and you shouldn't have to be exposed to that. I know it's hard to let the payment go and
you shouldn't if it isn't causing a financial hardship. But if you have to borrow in order to pay it I feel that is categorized as a hardship. We haven't paid a payment at all in 2009. This was unthinkable for our family a year ago. But when you don't have it, you don't have it...you can't squeeze blood from a turnip! We did get our tax refund and we will now pay Jan '09 payment as a good faith gesture to
CW. That means we are still behind for Feb & Mar. There's not much else we can do until we find out what NACA can accomplish. We will pay the payments at the moment we have the money saved up. I want to make the payments more than anything but at the proper amount that we can afford.
Oh I was also grateful for you posting your experience about the NACA seminar. And you still have to meet with a counselor in person after that? I wasn't sure if they would take all the info at your first meeting? I did all of that online because we are too far outside of LA.
