I need to VENT!!

Some days seem to worse than others for me!!! Today, I am a nervous wreck! It makes it hard to focus at work. And I can't afford for it to affect my job!

I looked at my budget and I don't think we are gonna make the payment by the 16th unless I borrow more money. I don't want to destroy our credit worse than it already is. I don't want to have to borrow money...I don't want to have the late fee....as soon as that happens, it's over! There will be no way to catch up!

I called CW again. I keep calling them to see if they will have a change of heart. And also, I had a payment change due to insurance going up...(go figure, my home is worth less and my insurance went UP!!) He told me 3 different payment amounts due all within $6.00 of each other. I asked him to confirm then he said it didn't change. WHAT?? I let him know that the website and loan data gave two separate amounts under "Payment Change notification" and the amounts did not match what I received in the mail!!!! Can you believe that??!!

When I told him I need a Loan Mod, he told me I have a surplus of $1019.00 a month! WHAT!!!?? I WISH!!! They listed my Gross as my Net! Idiots! They also didn't have my CC debt and payments correct! We went back over everything and then he said, "oh, we can give you a forebearance".... WHAT?? How is that supposed to help? And he says you are over $700.00 short a month..... WHAT??? Then I went over the financials again and they didn't have the income correct AGAIN!!! Then they said, "oops!!! no you don't qualify for the forebearance or a modification, is there anything else I can help you with today?".....Of course this was India I was speaking to..

They also had no record of my letter of Hardship I sent to them. They said, well what number did you fax it to (as if I sent it to the wrong place)? I looked it up and told them and they said it was correct. But they had no record of receiving it. I think I will re-fax it with a copy of the original fax confirmation! I think I will write, HELP! I'VE FALLEN, and I CAN'T CATCH UP!! on the cover sheet in size 36 font!
