Double and even triple checking info espically fom CW is very sound advice. Two years ago while doing refi with CW....AFTER it was completed....CW foreclosed and set a sale date for a loan that no longer existed! All because one dept. didnt "pay off" another dept. within CW. After many, many phone calls I got it resolved but it was quite alot of BS to do it. Hang in there and keep calling....the squeeky wheel gets the gease!
