Yeahh we are going through that now, it has been in the paper for 4 weeks, also still on the local sherriffs web site, pretty embarrassing , I know, but unfortunately it is what is is..I don't like that end of it at all..I submitted with NACA in january, after reading the info on this site,
cw just wants their money. I tried countless times to deal with them, they flat quit accepting payments, now I am that much more behind, I still have income , although its about half of what I used to make, but NACA says its workable. I hope and pray this mess all gets straightened up for everyone, for all I know my process will all start over again, not sure at this point ,but NACA and LOANSAFE have been an abundance of info for us. I would strongly suggest to start with NACA ASAP, like today if possible, its not at all like
