Re: Failure is not an option for us....

Cassie
Let me start by saying I am no expert but I wanted to make a suggestion, you can take it or leave it, and I hope you don't take offense.

In you original post you mentioned that you have begun to accumulate alot of credit card debt, due to your mortgage taking up so much of your income, I'm sure. I am in the same boat, I think most of us are.

So I want to suggest that you keep an eye on what is going on with the new bankruptcy laws. They are trying to make it possible to save your home in court as a last resort. As you already know, CW is going to put up a fight and you have so much to lose.

So, I think you should keep going with NACA, keep an eye on changing bankruptcy laws, take a good look at your total financial situation and determine whether you would benefit from reducing both your mortgage and eliminating your credit card debt. You may need to tackle both of these issues to get the financial stability you and your family need. I know if someone had suggested this to me just a year ago, I would have said no way! It went south really fast and now I have to say there is no other way for me. I wish you and your family the best.
