Our investor is Bank of NY, too. We have been in active processing forever, and finally the combination of my frustration and a knowledgeable CSR has yielded a small result........the rep looked at our account and sent it to "escalation". Then, one day later, we finally got a call from a negotiator. Yeah, we had to send in bank statements and paystubs again, but at least we are going somewhere ( I think ). I was told by a rep that BONY was very easy to work with on mods. We shall see. |
