Are you calling the number for
CW, which takes you to collections, or are you calling the number that *** gave you? I was told, when I called to make a payment and they took my financials, that I don't qualify for a loan mod. I called the number *** gave me, and am in the process of doing a loan mod. I would not speak to collections anymore, if I were you. (My loan is with AHMSI, not
CW, but they're all pretty much the same)
