cw and this time i asked for a loan mod they asked me a few questions and said i qualified but it was not a guarentee i sent them all the documents they requested and about a week later i went to the
cw website to pay my payment and it said loan mod denied i immediately called them to ask why they told me if they granted a mod it would just delaythe inevidable i asked what she meant and she said that no matter what i do i probably will lose my home to foreclosure
i called senator webb in virginia he told me i need to get a new career i asked how to ghet the training and pay for my home he had no answer

cw and told them i wnated to document all conversations with them so that i had prof i was trying to save my home incase i have to try the bancrupcy thing and they hung up on me
i called back and explained what was going on and they said they will not talk to me if i try to document the phone call i asked to speak to a supervisor they put me on hold for bout a hour came back on and told me they would have him call me in 24 hours here it is a week later and no caalls back
so i called again and aasked who actually held my loan they told me that is confidential information and they cant give that to me
how do i find out if i am able to qualify for home retention if i cant find out who actually owns my loan
here is where i stand i finally ran out of stuff to sell my payment was due on the first and i only have half of it if i get the rest of the money im going to pay it but i wont make a partial
if i think im going to lose this home i am gutting it i will sell everything from the kitchen sink to the siding on it
