Well, it looks like I am schedule an appointment illiterate. I scheduled an appointment for Monday at 5 pm. I thought it was for phone appointment because there was a second link above that said "click here for a face to face appointment".

Now when I click on the appointments, it says I have a face to face appointment..... No option to reschedule, no option for different times or dates. My big question is.... WHERE????? It just says I have the appointment, date and time...nothing else, nada...

LOL....I think I need NACA 101. I will probably have to call them to get this one figured out. I hate that I have to do that....OOOH Maybe I can do their live support.....says they are offline right now though...

Gotta run, on my way to Long Beach to Standby for the workshop.
