CW already knows what they can offer based on the investor and when she told me it was Bank of NY she knew so long as we had sufficient income the modification would go through. We have been with
CW for 14 years and they have always come through for us, sure it's a long process but there are lots of people out there that are in the same situation, I couldn't even imagine how many request they have to go through. We didn't get a great modification compared to what other people have been getting, our interest rate stayed the same, they offered us the option to pay interest only for 10 years and that's ok at least I know we have that flexibility especially when some months are tight.
