it was hit or miss, when I was going thru the process, sometime the reps would tell me I had to call Naca other times they would tell me yes there was a Naca proposal and yes I was eligible for the 12/1 AG settlement that they were reviewing both for a modification. Be very leery of calling the Advocacy number, most of the time I called the number for advocacy
(877-327-9225) the call was actually routed to home retention but I was not told that until I asked what dept I was in, and I was told a number of times by
cw reps that most of the calls to advocacy were automatically sent to home retention.
