been reading along here, *** said fannie mae and freddie mac
are only offering streamline and early work out plan, mods but as of 03-04-09
the new plan just anounced march 4th will take the place of the 2 old plans

wonder what that means for us in underwritting, under the old plan????????

this is the biggest mess i could ever imagine !!!
