I'm going to try to get in contact w/ someone again today. I haven't made my payment yet but technically am not "late." I'm thinking they must suspend collection activity while they are processing a DIL but man would it suck to get several months into the process, having already moved out, for them to shut down the deal and be that far along into a foreclosure process already.
