A short sale would obviously be tried if I stop paying. I was actually just making sure I was right that those are my only options that I listed there.

I would stop paying and let it go if I knew for sure there wouldn't be a deficiency judgment, but I am in Florida, so I wonder what the chances are that they will come after the rest.
