Ok, I have finished 9 out of 10 steps now with NACA. I just hope I got everything filled out right. I pulled the loan docs out and after reviewing them, it appears they made mistakes with the closing costs. Also I only have a copy (stamped Borrower's Copy) of the closing arrangment but it says it is not final and may change??? I have no other escrow docs that show final amounts. I do remember thinking the closing costs were high though.
I will be scheduling an in person meeting with NACA hopefully within the next week. All the workshops for the next 3 months are FULL in the Los Angeles area.
