| re: Contemplating Hiring Attorney for Countrywide Mod Attempt
I am concerned about Fransen & Molinaro, also Griswold & Agdeppa. I have been reading loan modification fraud and what I have heard is anytime that someone has to pay any up front fees it is a scam and NOT to associate with this in any way. Can someone elaborate on this subject or if anyone has had experience on successful loan mods with either of the above mentioned? |
