Going over you HUD statement would require a forensic audit, or someone well versed in the process.
I'm still scratching my head as to why they wanted w-2s from so far back. You wrote that the loan originated in 2006.

This is just kind of strange.

If you have your original paperword (HUD) It would be interesting to compare with the altered statement online.
