Ok.. I have been making calls, trying to get my 3/17/2009 sale suspended,
cw refuses to work with me even though as of today and since 2/19/2009 my account says in active processing all account collections have been temporarily suspended??? My local sherriff's office that handles the sales said the sale will go on unless
cw lawyers call off the dogs , i am also submitted for restructure with naca since 2/13/2009,
cw said they have never heard of naca!!! I then pointed out to the bad
cw actor that it shows naca on their website as an advocacy group that they will work with!!! So, i called naca a few minutes ago and the gentleman that i spoke with said that the retention team or customer service or any of the other depts., will know nothing about naca and
cw dealings, they are merely reading off a screen, and apparently i need to call the loss mitigation dept. Only!! No other dept. At
cw will be able to do anything, so does any body know the loss mitigation dept. At
cw phone#?? I would appreciate it,also besides all of these servicers and investors jumping on the temporary suspension programs waiting on march 4th announcement bandwagon, i am in homeowner purgotory, closer south it feels like right now!!! I was told by naca this morning that
cw and naca have a contract agreement , that once they are working on a deal
cw is supposed to suspend all sales and foreclosures, so i a m trying to see if they received my doc's from naca or what!!!! Back tomy original question, does any body have
cw loss mitigation dept ###
