Since you have been trying to contact CW and have not gained ground with them, I would suggest trying NACA. They are a non-profit homeowners advocacy group that has had alot of success in giving help to folks. They are familiar with CWs antics. NACA:https://www.naca.com/refinance/refinanceSubmission.jsp

Also, beyond calling CW (which is a lesson in futility at times when you only gett ahold of "collections" people) draft up a hardship letter to send and fax to CW Here is an example:Examples of a Hardship Letter

Getting a modification is a long process. It takes alot of time and effort, but is worth it to save your home.

Hang in there...take these steps and let us know whats happening!
