Hi Lisa in MN, Sorry if this is a doulble post. Kinda new at this posting thing. I need your help because I'm now in a very similar situation with WAMU as you were. I am on my second mod request with them since August 2008. I am up against a sale date of 3/25. I have read your success story and was wondering if you could provide me with ideas for actions that worked for you. First, the fax # for James Dimon COE of Chase and the content of your letter. That seemed to be a turning point for you. Also, contact info for the Excutive Committee that you also sent letters to. On the posts it mentioned that
*** posted it somewhere on this site but I can't find it. Any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated. You give me hope to not give up and are truly an inspiration to me.
