Re: CW 80/20, never been late, need help

So what I have gathered from reading and being a news junkies is that my options are:
  1. Keep paying as long as I can, calling CountryWide asking for loan modification.
  2. Try to sell/short sell (not likely)
  3. Stop paying and hope CountryWide will offer a loan modification.
  4. Stop paying and live rent free for as long as I can, hoping they don't come after me for money after the foreclosure.
  5. Deed in Lieu of foreclosure.
Did I miss anything there? Any recommendations on these choices?

Should I get a lawyer?
