Am I understanding this correctly? There will be an additional three months on top of the three months and twenty days I heard was the timeframe once you receive your NOD? My loan servicer are lying snakes that want to foreclose. If there is not a third party that has the power to force them to do right by the customer I would bet my last dollar they will figure out a way to pretend to follow the loop hole's long before they will modify my loan to be affordable. I saw our Govenor on TV this morning. He made mention of an agreement he made with subprime lenders to streamline loans in California before they adjust. That was in Nov. 2007. My lender agreed, however they ignored that and for the life of me I have yet to see consequences in place when they don't follow agreements. Thank you for letting me vent here, Catherine
