Loans, Debt & Credit - View Single Post - Is this the REAL Notice of Default or not?

I received a letter like that it sounds like a notice of intent. That date to cure on mine expired a week ago still no NOD. I assume it is coming soon. But in California you have at a min 3 months 21 days till the sale from the date of the NOD.
