I have sent out letters to everyone I can think of regarding my fathers situation. My councilmans office sent me back a note stating that he too thought this was elder abuse and referred me to the local DA who handles elder abuse. Within four hours of sending my email ...late at night I got a response from the DA stating that he understood my outrage, although he couldn't promise anything he was going to talk to the DA in the Real Estate Fraud Dept and go from there. So my advise....is send send send to anyone you can think of especially if you feel your loan was fraudulent. Countrywide should not be allowed to get away with the harm they have done!
